Primary Function:
? Responsible for selling hydraulics components and systems to targeted customers in designated geography / industry and developing and managing distribution business in designated geography with the errorobjective of optimizing sales volume, product mix, and profit margin.
Essential Functions:
? Develop and executes sales plan to meet pererrorformance expectations and requirements
? Prepare sales presentations to create product understanding and awareness
? Build relationships with key customers to enhance long-term business prospects
? Prepare sales proposals based on customer needs and expectations
? Administrate all phases of sales process to insure effective and timely customer service and response
Requirements:
? Bachelor degree majored in Hydraulic or Mechanical Engineering.
? 3+ years experience in selling industrial products (components or systems) to construction, Agriculture, Marine, Metallurgy, Machine Tool, Plastics market segments.
? Strong capability to capture customers' need and manage customer relationship.
? A strong sense of achievement and accountability
? Project management skill is a plus
