主要工作职责:
负责辉瑞猪产品的推广工作， 拓展与增进客户关系，完善经销商管理，开展技术推广活动，达成并超额销售目标，扩大辉瑞猪产品在推广地区的市场占有率与影响力。
职位要求:
·本科以上学历，主修兽医、畜牧等农业类专业
·2年以上动物保健行业销售经验或猪场兽医工作经验
·优秀的沟通能力与业务拓展能力
·积极乐观，敢于创新与承受压力，喜欢具有挑战性的工作
·愿意经常出差
KEY RESULT errorareaS & JOB ACTIVITIES/ TASKS
Responsible for sales promotional activities of Poultry products, developing and building up good relationship with key accounts, supervising the management of distributors, providing technical promotional plan, achieving and exceeding sales target , expanding business market rate and force.
BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS
·Bachelor degree or above, majored in veterinarian, animal husbandry or related field is essential
·At least two years sales working experiences in animal health industry or experiences as veterinarian in commercial swine farm
·Strong interpersonal and communication skills and business develop capability
·Could work under pressure and take challenge with positive morale
·Willing for frequent travel
