主要工作职责:
·负责猪产品的推广工作，领导团队达成并超越销售目标
·管理下属员工，指导发展与保留合格的团队成员
·支持销售管理系统，提高销售团队绩效
·协调经销商关系，管理经销商工作
·保持与促进客户的良好关系
·积极招聘称职的销售人员,迅速填补人员空缺
职位要求:
·本科（含）以上学历，主修兽医、畜牧等相关专业
·3年以上动物保健行业销售经验或猪场兽医工作经验，其中有1年的人员管理经验
·良好的沟通能力与业务拓展能力
·具备良好的英语听说读写能力与计算机操作能力者优先
·可经常出差
KEY RESULT errorareaS & JOB ACTIVITIES/ TASKS:
·To handle sales promotional activities, lead Sales Team to achieve and exceed sales target
·To coach, develop and retain qualified team members
·To support sales management system and improve sales team pererrorformance
·To coordinate with distributors and supervise relevant sales works associated with dealers
·To maintain good relationship with key accounts
·To actively interview and attract qualified sales representative
BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS:
·Bachelor degree or above, majored in veterinarian, animal husbandry or related field is essential
·At least 3 years sales experiences in animal health industry or experiences as veterinarian in commercial swine farm and 1 year people management experience
·Strong interpersonal and communication skills and business develop capability,
·Good command of English and computer skills is preferred
·Willing for frequent travel
