I. Key Responsibilities
? Take full operational Human Resources responsibility for the company’s manufacturing operations in Shandong
? Establish/enhance overall HR systems, procedures and policies
? Identify and articulate organization development opportunities to strengthen successful operation in Shandong
? Source talent to support organizational plans. Source top talent to support strategic growth and succession needs. Implement processes
? Serve as a strategic organizational advisor to GM, as well as his line and functional reports
? Identify organizational needs, recruit and build the organization with capable staff, and develop and motivate team for high pererrorformance
? Develop and take responsibility for all recruitment, training and development, organizational development, HRIS, employee relations and compensation & benefits programs
? Actively participate in the China organizational development initiatives
? Ensure accurate monthly HR reports to regional office
? Ensure all HR policies conerrorform to local laws and regulations

III. Key selection criteria
? An ethnic Chinese sub-regional responsibility for a multinational company
? Should have native Mandarin ability as well as highly effective English
? Ability to work closely and effectively with regional and corporate offices
? Proven career track record built on human resource disciplines with +8 years experience, a significant portion of which should have been in a manufacturing operation
? Culturally flexible and able to work well within a US based multinational, as well as with a well-established team of Taiwanese senior managers
? Substantial China experience is preferred, along with an understanding of Chinese HR regulations
